1) Eligibility & Accounts
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out under your account.
2) Orders & Contract Formation
Placing items in your cart does not reserve them.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Bonita Bristol.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing or description errors.
A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Orders cannot be modified once processed.
3) Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion rates may be determined by your bank or payment provider.
Taxes, import duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your delivery location and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4) Payment Methods
We accept payment methods as shown at checkout, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment options.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.
All orders may be subject to verification and fraud prevention checks.
5) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their individual terms, cannot usually be combined, and may exclude final sale items or gift cards.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed at the provided shipping address, including cases where the courier applies Authority to Leave.
Bonita Bristol is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
7) Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact info@bonitabristol.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
• Return window: 30 days from delivery
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact
• Outcome: Approved returns receive store credit
• Size exchanges: Available at 50% of the original item price (subject to availability)
• Faulty or incorrect items: Eligible for free replacement or store credit
• Full refunds: May require return to an overseas supplier
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Items marked Final Sale and certain categories (such as lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
9) Product Information & Availability
We strive to display product information accurately; however, colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.
All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or customer.
